Loft Rental FAQ
What is the rate to have an event?

Additional hours are available at $100/hour.

What hours are available for a Loft Rental?
9am - 1am (next day)
Is Set Up and Breakdown included in my Loft Rental timeframe?

Regardless of how many hours are booked for a Loft Rental, the Set Up, Event and Breakdown/Clean Up times are included!

Please keep this in mind while booking your Loft Rental.

We do not dictate how you use your time; however, the loft with be closed and doors will be locked at 1am.

Can I bring food and alcohol?
YES!
Catered food and alcohol/drinks are allowed.

There is not a stove/over available. However; you may bring burners and utilize the kitchen.

Do the white couches move?
Regardless of service, the only furniture that DOES NOT MOVE is the “Living Area”; white couches, illuminated trees and carpeting. This area is stationary and does not move for any reason.
Photography Studio Rental (PSR) FAQ
What is the rate? And what is included?
a knockout post $30 per hour.

- Choice of Black, White, or Grey Backdrop.
- One (1) Elinchrome Strobe.
- 75inch Umbrella.

What type of backdrops are available?
All backdrops are Seamless Paper.
What backdrop colors are available?

Can I bring food and alcohol?
Only light refreshments. No catered meals and No use of kitchen.

Yes, alcohol and any other drinks are allowed.

You must stay within shooting area ONLY.

Can I bring my own photographer?
YES! Genesis Atlanta does not provide photographers… Not yet, at least…Stay tuned.
What type lighting is available?
Two (2) Elinchrome strobes.
Do I have to use Genesis Atlanta's equipment?
NO.

You and/or your photographer can bring your/their own equipment, lighting, backdrop system/papers, etc...

How many people are allowed for a PSR session?
ONLY 10 people are allowed per session. Anymore than that will be considered and charged as a Loft Rental.
Difference between Photography Studio Rental (PSR) and Photography Event Rental (PER) services?
- PSR begins at $30/hour | Includes use of backdrop system, strobe, umbrella (choice of add-ons), is designated to one area within loft, and has a max of 10 ppl allowed per session.
Catering, use of other levels, DJs, etc.. ARE NOT ALLOWED.

- PER begins at $600 for Five(5) hours. Additional hours are available at $120/hour | Includes use of backdrop system, strobe, umbrella (choice of add-ons), use of entire loft (all three levels), capacity of 75 persons.
Catering, Djs, etc… ARE ALLOWED.

How can I utilize is service?
This service is used for Co-Working and Meeting space. If you’re a business owner/entrepreneur and need a cool, centralized location to bring clients for business meetings, this is the service for you!
Where within the loft can I go for this service?
You will be designated to the area of your choice; area options are chosen during booking process.
Can I bring food and alcohol?
Only light refreshments. No catered meals and No use of kitchen.

May I use the photography equipment: lighting, reflectors, etc...?
No.

If you are conducting an interview and need our lights and equipment, you must book the Photography Studio Rental service.

$600 for five (5) hour min.

Additional hours are available at $120/hour.

What exactly is the PER Service?
Think PSR + Loft Rental.
Customers are able to utilize photography equipment : backdrop system, lights, etc… and use of entire loft, catered food and alcohol/drinks, etc…

All terms fro both services apply as a combined service.

What type of events can take place with PER?
