Loft Rental?
Starts @ $750
As you already know, here at Genesis Atlanta we are CREATOR & ENTREPRENEUR FOCUSED! In other words, if you have an event that you’d like to have that can take your business or creative journey to the next level; this is the place for you.
Select between Five(5) and Ten(10) hour time blocks.
Setup, Event, and Breakdown are included in the time block.
50% Deposit is due to lock in date/time. Balance is due the day before event.
Loft Rental Operating Hours: 11am – 9pm

Transform our creative, intimate, 1800 sqft, three level loft and make your vision come to life! Perfect for Brand Activations, Corporate Mixers, Book Signings, Fashion Shows, Workshops, Pop Up Shops, Open Mics, etc…

After putting eyes on the space and deciding to move forward, submit a Loft Rental Request form. It should be 100% completed. *Add as much detail as possible.
Consultation
Once your request form has been received and evaluated, you will be contacted for a consultation to discuss your vision in detail.
agreement & deposit
If your vision is a good fit, you will receive an agreement to read, complete, and sign. Your 50% deposit will also be required at this time.
solidify booking
After your completed agreement and deposit is received, you will receive an official booking confirmation for your event!
